Coding and Tech Skills 

Recruiters want to know you’ve got a handle on the basics. Can you code in something like C++, Java, or Python? They’re not looking for a superstar coder right out of college, but they want you to show you can write code that does the job. Things like understanding how data structures work or managing a simple database matter too. Maybe you built a website for a college assignment using HTML and CSS—that’s a great example to share. It proves you can take what you learned and make something with it. BCA colleges in Delhi NCR push you to work on practical stuff, and recruiters eat that up because it means you’re ready to contribute. 

They also like it if you know tools that fit the job. For a web developer role, maybe you’ve touched React or Django. If it’s a database job, knowing SQL helps.
